1) YOUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED. If you have any problems with any aspect of your transaction, please contact us at storefeedback@snort.org or call us at 866 278-1994 or 334 361-2133 (M-F, 8-4:30 CT). If you are not satisfied, return the product to us and, at your discretion, we will replace the products(s) or issue a full refund upon receipt of the goods. Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days after receipt of goods. If the product is defective, let us know and we will issue a call tag or provide return postage. IF GOODS ARRIVE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, REFUSE THE PACKAGE AND CALL OR E-MAIL US IMMEDIATELY. If the package has already been accepted, contact us as soon as possible and save the package for inspection.

2) PAYMENT AND CREDIT. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars using American Express, Mastercard, or Visa. All credits will be issued to the credit card which was originally used if possible. If this is not possible, any refunds will be made by company check or wire transfer at our discretion.

3) INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. See also previous section, PAYMENT AND CREDIT. Orders from countries with a high incidence of credit card fraud are subject to additional verifications which may delay your order. At our discretion we may require that large orders be paid by Western Union and that the normal return privilege be limited to one of exchange for defective goods. We will notify you in advance if this is the case. We use USPS for International Shipping. Online package tracking is available with Global Express, but the information is somewhat limited unless you select Global Express Guaranteed. Contact us at storefeedback@snort.org or call us at 866 278-1994 or 334 361-2133 (M-F, 8-4:30 CT) to request your tracking number (allow 24 hours from the time you placed your order). The freight charges are pre-paid at the time of order, but tariffs, duties, or other fees may apply that must be collected at the delivery point. As we have no way of anticipating these charges, you should contact your local postal representative to find out what you should expect. You are responsible for these charges.

5) WHAT IS ARTESIAN CITY MARKETING? HOW IS IT RELATED TO Snort? We have contracted with Snort to provide you with quality products which feature the Snort and Sourcefire logos. We assist in product selection, we source and warehouse the products, we fulfill the orders, and we maintain the website, providing a turnkey solution.

6) PRIVACY. Personal information is not collected by the web site except when an order is placed, and never shared with anyone outside Snort, Artesian City Marketing, or trusted vendors who are directly involved in the shipment of your order. We do not sell or rent customer name or address information to third parties.

7) E-mail address use policy. Unsolicited Commercial E-mail or "spam" is a major concern of internet shoppers and network administrators. A valid e-mail address is necessary to send you information concerning your order and to correspond with you should questions arise concerning your order. From time to time we or Snort/Sourcefire may send selected offers concerning Snort/Sourcefire merchandise or services ONLY - if you would prefer to be excluded from such mailings, notify us at storefeedback@snort.org and we will add you to our opt-out list. We will never sell, rent, or trade your e-mail address to a third party.

8) SECURITY. Our site and shopping cart utilities are hosted on commercial services which meet generally accepted security standards. All electronic transmission of your credit card data is handled over SSL secure and encrypted connections with our credit card provider. Credit card data is not stored with your account information and must be re-entered every time you shop at the store.

9) COOKIES. Our site uses cookies to maintain the shopping cart data. Personally identifiable information is not tracked with them. We do not use third-party cookies.
